The story
The hour after the fire.
NOIR starts from an image: a volcanic stone still warm, a thread of smoke in a beam of light. A fragrance of silence rather than display.
Its basalt plinth and smoked-topaz juice are its visual translation.
Plinth — Basalt
Wearing NOIR
When
In the evening, in autumn and winter.
How
Spray from about fifteen centimetres, on the warm points: neck, wrists, inner elbows. Avoid rubbing: friction warms the skin and hurries the evaporation of the top notes.
Storing
Keep the bottle closed, away from light and heat — not in a heated bathroom, nor on a window sill. Light and temperature swings alter the materials.
