Returns and withdrawal
For a distance purchase in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
A fragrance whose seal has been removed after delivery may be excluded from this right for hygiene and health-protection reasons.
Any additional commercial period, return costs and procedure: to be confirmed by FARPUM.
Legal guarantee
Products sold to consumers in the European Union benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Damaged parcel
If a bottle arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible with a photo of the parcel and the product, through the Contact page.
