Data processed
Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and message, only to answer your request (legal basis: your consent, Article 6.1.a GDPR). As long as no form provider is configured, the message leaves from your own e-mail application: the website itself receives and stores nothing.
Orders: contact details and delivery address, needed to perform the contract (Article 6.1.b). No order can be placed until online payment is connected; what you type on the Checkout page never leaves your browser.
Local storage: your bag, your language and your sound preference are saved in your browser, never on a server.
Retention periods
Contact messages: 12 months after the last exchange. Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations).
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is only passed on to the providers the service requires (host: Hébergeur à préciser, Adresse de l’hébergeur à préciser; form, payment and delivery providers once chosen), bound by contract and confidentiality.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to vie-privee@farpum.example. You will receive an answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the authority of your country of residence.
