Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These terms apply to any order of FARPUM products placed on this website by a consumer.

Products and prices

Products are described on their page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs, which are displayed before the order is confirmed. Current prices are demonstration prices.

Order and payment

An order is concluded once these terms are accepted and payment is confirmed with a secure provider. Online payment is not connected yet: no order can go through.

Delivery

Delivery zones, times and rates: to be confirmed. They will be set out on the Shipping and returns page and recalled before any order.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason, by informing FARPUM SRL in writing (bonjour@farpum.example). The product is then returned within 14 days, and the refund is made no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, this right may be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Guarantees

Products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by European consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
