The fragrances

Are FARPUM fragrances unisex?: Yes: the collection is designed without gender distinction. Each fragrance is worn as you see fit.
What is the difference between an eau de parfum and an extrait?: The concentration of aromatic materials. An eau de parfum generally contains around 15–20%, an extrait often 20% and more: it is denser and worn in fewer sprays. These values vary between houses.
How long does a fragrance last?: It depends on the concentration, the materials (base notes last longest), the skin and the temperature. On clothing it often lasts longer than on skin — test on a discreet area first: some coloured materials can mark light fabrics.
How should I store my fragrance?: Bottle closed, away from light and heat. Avoid a heated bathroom and the window sill: light and temperature swings alter the materials.
Can I try a fragrance before the large bottle?: The 10 ml travel size lets you wear a fragrance for several days before choosing. Whether samples will be offered will be stated here.
Do the fragrances contain allergens?: Like most fragrances, yes: several natural materials and molecules (limonene, linalool, coumarin…) are among the allergens European regulations require to be listed. The full list will appear on each page and on the box.

Where do you deliver and at what price?: Delivery zones, rates and times are not defined yet. They will be shown on the Shipping and returns page and in the bag before any order.
Can I return a fragrance?: In the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. A fragrance unsealed after delivery may however be excluded for hygiene reasons. FARPUM’s exact conditions will be published on the Shipping and returns page.
How can I pay?: Online payment is not enabled yet on this demonstration website. Payment methods will be announced when the shop opens.

Are the images real photographs?: No. FARPUM is a fictional brand: all visuals — bottles, campaigns, videos, the opening film — were created with artificial intelligence (Artlist) for the demonstration.
Does the website use cookies?: Only the storage it needs to work: your bag, your language and your sound preference stay in your browser. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Does “Discover your fragrance” use artificial intelligence?: No. It compares your answers with the characteristics of each fragrance using simple rules, and shows the reasons for each recommendation.
